Land is never just a commodity or a means of subsistence; it is a major source of an economic asset, a connection with identity, and social legitimacy which pervasively underpins human activity that usually plays some role prone to corruption. Many conflicts over land grow, and various impacts are identified, but then again, the land itself is often not the sole cause of such impact; maladministration practice also facilitates the problem. Objectives: This paper aims to analyse the impact of cor
