Taiwanese IC design startup Jmem Tek showcased its in-house physical unclonable function (PUF) and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) hardware security technologies at SEMICON Taiwan 2026, as it pushes to build a hardware root of trust at the chip level for next-generation AI and smart devices facing quantum-era cybersecurity threats.
