Background: Early prognostic markers in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) are crucial for guiding clinical care. The albumin–globulin (A/G) ratio reflects nutritional and inflammatory status, whereas C-reactive protein (CRP) is a sensitive inflammatory marker. Their combined prognostic significance in stroke remains underexplored. Aims and Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the correlation of serum A/G ratio and CRP with stroke severity (National Institute of Health Severity Score [NIHSS]) and f
